CLASSROOM TRAINING

This is a short class that teaches the proper steps to use a portable fire extinguisher. Participants will learn the classes of fire and the appropriate type of extinguisher to use for each type. Backed by a short video, the customized instruction will include the proper steps to use the type of extinguishers located in the workplace. Just as important, the course explains when the use of an extinguisher is not appropriate. Each class is site-specific and customized for all occupancies including office, manufacturing, educational, day-care, and heath-care facilities.

LIVE FIRE TRAINING ON YOUR SITE

While the classroom can provide great instructional information, nothing can teach as well as experience.
We can provide that experience for every student.
The confidence gained by extinguishing a real fire with a fire extinguisher is immeasurable. We can bring this real fire experience to you.

When coupled with the classroom instruction, the live fire experience will not only satisfy your annual workplace training requirements, but also provide your group with valuable hands-on practice so they are ready to perform safely in the event of a real fire.

RESIDUE-FREE LIVE FIRE TRAINING

We use clean-burning propane appliances for our live-fire instruction. There is no soot or hazardous waste to clean-up from this type of appliance.
Additionally, we can use specialized training extinguishers that emit water fog in place of the usual corrosive powders found in many extinguishers.

This allows us to provide live fire extinguisher training on your site with nothing to clean up. All that will remain is a wet spot from 5 – 10 gallons of clean water.
